Project Management Board meeting held online on 10 July 2020

On July 10th 2020, Project Management Board meeting was held online to give overview of project consortium and individual partner activities since the last meeting in December 2019, with an emphasis on COVID19 health crisis impact on project implementation so far, and to plan preparation and submission of the Technical Implementation Report. The Zoom meeting was attended by PMB members, partner contact persons, and members of administrative staff.

Overview of recent project activities included news on implementation of new courses at three national academic partners (P1 - Faculty of Music, University of Arts in Belgrade; P2 – Academy of Arts, University of Novi Sad, and P3 – Faculty of Philology and Arts, University of Kragujevac), preparation of new master study programs at the P1 and P2 and submission for national accreditation for two new master study programs. Furthermore, the partners discussed finalization of equipment purchase and instalment, and necessary changes of plans for the realization of teacher training study visits planned for Spring 2019, but postponed as a result of corona virus pandemic.

The second part of the meeting was dedicated to the plans for preparation and submission of the Technical Implementation Report. The e-form of the Report was shared, and all parts - prefilled data on the project, narrative part and attachments, overviewed and discussed. A special attention was given to the input of partners to the Report, particularly contribution in data, statistics and documents.

The deadline for the submission of the Technical Implementation Report is September 1st, 2020.
